ABB 水平型枕式张力计压头有三个规格:标准型PFTL 101A/B,通常被用于常规的金属处理线。该压头适用于轧辊重、张力范围宽和运行速度高的应用。
对于冷轧机、退火和镀锌生产线中有乳化液的带材张力测量应用,推荐使用轧机型的PFTL 101AE/BE。PFTL 101AE/BE 压头使用固定的连接线缆,防护等级达到IP 66 ,可长期精确可靠运行在有乳化液的应用环境中。所有的ABB 张力计压头交货时均进行了标定。
防酸型PFTL 101AER/BER 压头是专为酸洗生产线而设计,达到防护等级IP 66/67。
ABB的Millmate 带材张力测量系统压头,是以1954年获得专利的、著名的Pressductor®磁致效应为基础的,根据该原理,钢材的磁特性会受到机械作用力的影响。
在传感器内有四个孔。相互垂直的两个线圈通过这些孔缠绕在一起。一个线圈被施加交流电,另一个线圈作为测量线圈。由于两个线圈相互垂直,只要传感器上没有负荷,它们之间就没有磁耦合。

ABB horizontal pillow tensiometer heads are available in three sizes: Standard PFTL 101A/B, which is commonly used in conventional metal handling lines. The indenter is suitable for applications with heavy rolls, wide tension ranges and high operating speeds.
PFTL 101AE/BE is recommended for strip tension measurement applications with emulsion in cold rolling, annealing and zinc plating lines. The PFTL 101AE/BE indenter uses a fixed connection cable and is protected to IP 66 for accurate and reliable long-term operation in emulsion applications. All ABB tensiometer indenters are calibrated at delivery.
The acid proof PFTL 101AER/BER indenter is designed for pickling lines and is rated IP 66/67.
ABB's Millmate strip tension measuring system indenter is based on the famous Pressductor® magnetic effect, patented in 1954, according to which the magnetic properties of steel are affected by mechanical forces.
There are four holes in the sensor. Two coils perpendicular to each other are wound together through these holes. One coil is applied alternating current and the other coil acts as the measuring coil. Since the two coils are perpendicular to each other, there is no magnetic coupling between them as long as there is no load on the sensor.
If there is a load on the sensor (as shown in the figure), the magnetic field characteristics will change. The magnetic permeability of the steel will decrease in the direction of the force and increase in the vertical direction. This results in a change in the symmetry of the magnetic flux, and part of the magnetic flux will induce induced voltage in the secondary side coil. The induced voltage is proportional to the load.
