503-26606-21 Motion controller
The QDIO 16/16 digital module is used to extend the local input and output (I/0) motion controllers
of the MSC or MSC II. Modules are mounted on DIN rails and connected directly to MSC I or MSC II
motion controllers, or remote Digital /0 modules (RDIO) via an internal expansion bus (E-bus).
The number 1/0 is configured by software to configure the shaft control software development
environment through Moog's central control. The led light on the front displays the status information l/0 of the device.
The arrangement of leds corresponds to the connection I/0. The I/0 of the digital expansion module is
driven directly from the MSC|, MSC II motion controller or RDIO on the e-bus. An MSC| or MSC II motion controller
can be extended up to 7 modules (e.g. QDI0 or QAIO). Further digital l/0 can be driven via the RDIO module, which is connected to the MSC I or MSC II motion controller CANopen.
