The 16-channel output relay module is designed for high reliability in the plant's most critical rotating machinery. This 2-slot monitor is used with the AMS 6500 to build a complete API 670 mechanical protection monitor. Applications include steam, gas, compressors and hydraulic turbomachinery.
Any channel clear, alarm or alarm signal can be selected as input to the 16-channel output relay module. Using Boolean logic, apply the time delay and select the output relay to complete the configuration. The easy-to-use software provides graphical logic displays that guide users through graphical configuration.
The AMS 6500 Mechanical Health Monitor is an integral part of PlantWeb® and AMS software. PlantWeb offers operational integrated mechanical health in conjunction with Ovation® and DeltaV™ process control systems.
