The A413285 BIR82 is a reverse conduction IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) module for induction heating applications. The module is particularly suitable for the induction heating system market where high

 performance and reliability are required to protect the brand reputation from any failure.

The A413285 BIR82 integrates logic functions and a dedicated driver IC for various programmable protection functions, providing higher performance and better reliability. Compared to traditional RC-H5 reverse

 conduction IGBTs, this new family integrates more functions in a single device, making it more flexible and efficient in applications.
