IC695CRU320是 PACSystems RX3i 产品系列中的一款冗余处理器。该处理器由 GE Fanuc / Emerson automation 制造,归类为可编程自动化控制器 (PAC)。

The IC695CRU320 is a redundant processor in the PACSystems RX3i product family. The processor is manufactured by GE Fanuc/Emerson automation and is classified as a Programmable Automation Controller (PAC).

The IC695CRU320 is particularly suitable for redundant or hot standby configurations. With this controller configuration, availability is significantly improved. Two (2) controller racks with similar configuration functions as the primary (primary) and secondary (standby) racks. When a single rack fails, mainly due to an error detected by the IC695CRU320 or an error by the IC695CRU320 processor itself, the active controller responsibilities are automatically transferred to secondary (standby). The auxiliary rack becomes the host rack, and the faulty rack is transferred to the auxiliary rack. In addition, it can be switched manually.

Controller switching is performed in a maximum of one logical scan with a minimum switching time of 3.133 ms. It supports up to IC695RMX128/228 synchronous links and is capable of transferring up to 2MB of data. The controller features a Celeron M processor with 1GHz processing speed and 64MB of user memory, making it ideal for large, complex applications with higher critical levels. In addition, the processor can store up to 512 program blocks, each up to 128 KB in size.

The IC695CRU320 processor is mounted on the RX3i backplane directly into the Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) slot. Connections to other modules of the bus are also made via PCI 2.2 or higher. This PCI slot enables fast transfer and sharing of data within the backplane. The IC695CRU320 also supports the 90-30 series I/O modules for phased migration.

The current requirements for the GE Fanuc IC695CRU320 CPU are 1 amp (3.3 volts DC) and 1.2 amp (5 volts DC). There are two integrated serial ports on the module, which support RS-232 and RS-485 communication. A maximum of 512 program blocks can be configured. Each block supports a maximum of 128 KB. The rated flash durability rating is at least 100,000 write/erase cycles. The minimum switching time is 3.133 ms, and the maximum switching time is 1 logical scan. Up to 2 MB of data can be transferred at a time. The IC695CRU320 CPU supports up to two IC695RMX128/228 synchronous links for redundancy. Programming of the IC695CRU320 CPU can be done in ladder diagram, C, and function block diagram languages. Ethernet communication is supported through a rack-based Ethernet communication module.
